Beschreibung

This book looks at the salient parameters that have fueled the real estate boom in the Kenyan property market, with particular emphasis on residential townhouses. The author delves into the features and subsequent manifestations of the property boom during a period of four years(2004-2008), highlighting the genesis of the spectacle and proceeding right through to the dynamic interplay of market forces that exacerbated this phenomenon. The findings of this study are intended to conceptually augment African property market studies for both undergraduate and postgraduate students in the fields of property marketing, urban as well as regional planning.
